As you know, this is the latest microcontroller from Espressif, successor to the ESP8266 and with lots of new features e.g. Bluetooth. I installed this module in a development board (see photo - the product is just the small module at the centre of the photo). I easily programmed it with Arduino IDE using instructions here: https://github.com/espressif/arduino-esp32#installation-instructions
